Gematry.com privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains our privacy practices, including the types of information we collect, how such information is used, and with whom we may share such information. This Privacy Policy is for (a) the site gematry.com, and matrix888.com, plus all corresponding web pages and websites associated with the foregoing URLs (“Site”). The content of the Site is provided bygematry.com and its affiliates (collectively, “gematry.com”, “we”, “our” or “us”). Please review our Terms of Use Agreement, which governs your use of the Site.
This Privacy Policy will remain in full force and effect, even if your use of our Site or any particular service, feature, function or promotional activity offered through the Site terminates, expires, ceases, is suspended or deactivated for any reason. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not visit our Site. This Privacy Policy applies regardless of the device you use to access the Site and whether you are accessing it as a Registered User or otherwise.

 

1. GENERAL.
A. This Privacy Policy governs only the information (i) collected by us from you and/or (ii) provided to us by a Third Party Platform about you, in each instance, on or in connection with your use of the Site, and does not cover any other information collected in any other manner or collected by any other entity, unless specifically stated. We may combine your Information (as defined herein) with other information we collect from other sources, such as information you have provided to third parties, including, but not limited to, our affiliated companies, marketing companies or Advertisers and have provided sufficient consent, and, if we do so, our use of the resulting combined Information will be subject to this Privacy Policy.
B. When we use the term “Personal Information” we mean any information that we collect on or in connection with the Site that would allow someone to identify you or contact you, such as your full name, address, e-mail address or telephone number. When we use the term “Additional Information”, we mean any information that we collect on or in connection with the Site other than Personal Information (Personal Information and Additional Information will be collectively referred to as “Information”). By visiting, accessing or otherwise using the Site, you affirmatively consent to our collection and use of information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

 

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT.
A. User Registration, Features, Functions, and Communications. In order to access and use certain features, content or functions of the Site, you may be asked to provide and/or make available (e.g., via Third Party Platform permissions and consents, etc.) certain Information, including, but not limited to, in connection with registration features, in order to personalize and/or allow you to use these features and functions. To sign up for or participate in these features or functions, you may be required to provide us with certain information about you in order for us to personalize and/or allow you to use such features and functions. For example, to sign up to receive email newsletters, you may be required to provide your email address, date of birth and zip code separate from any user registration. Further, for example, to the extent we offer such services, if you order any of our various services (as defined in the Site), in addition to your name and contact information, we will also collect and may maintain your billing address, shipping address, Site service selection, your credit card or other payment instrument information, your order number and information about your computer’s internet address and website which may have referred or directed you to the Site (e.g., the referring URL). Your credit card or debit card number is collected via a secure transmission.
At times, you may be presented with the opportunity to sign up to receive newsletters, email communications, or other communications from us in order for us to provide up-to-date information about the Site, and to publicize and promote certain content, products and services offered by us, our business partners and/or other third parties. When there is a separate sign-up for newsletters, we may ask for your contact information such as name and email address, and, sometimes, demographic and profile information. We may ask you to confirm your consent to these uses at the time you sign up for these services or communications.
B. Information Collected Through Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. “Cookies” (which may be Html files, Flash files or other technology) are text files that help store user preferences and activity. “Web beacons” (also known as image tags, gif or web bugs) are small pieces of code used to collect advertising data, such as counting page views, promotion views or advertising responses. The Site and/or third parties may use “cookies”, “web beacons” and other similar tracking technologies (collectively, “Tracking Technologies”) to collect Other Information automatically as you browse the Site and the web. We may use Tracking Technologies to help tailor our content, allow users to move between associated sites without logging into each site, understand Site and internet usage, improve or customize the content, offerings or advertisements on this Site, personalize your experience on this Site (for example, to recognize you by name when you return to the Site), understand your interactions with email messages (such as the links clicked on and whether the messages were opened or forwarded), save your password in password-protected areas, help us offer you products, programs or services that may be of interest to you, deliver relevant advertising, maintain and administer the Site. These Tracking Technologies collect “clickstream” data and additional information regarding your visits to the Site, such as your visits to the Site’s webpages, use of our features, and purchasing history or preferences and may also collect your IP address or some other identifier unique to the device you use to access the Site (“Identifier”). An Identifier is automatically assigned to any Device you use to access the Site. Your Personal Information is not collected as part of this process but we may associate Other Information collected by Tracking Technologies with Personal Information.
By visiting the Site, whether as a registered user or otherwise, you acknowledge, understand and hereby agree that you are giving us your consent to track your activities and your use of the Site through these Tracking Technologies and that we may use Tracking Technologies in the emails we send to you.

 

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION.
Except as prohibited by the terms and conditions of any applicable Third Party Platform, we may use your Personal Information for many purposes, including, without limitation, the following:
Providing any services or products that you request or purchase in connection with the Site, and contacting you regarding the administration of any features or functions of the Site you have registered to use, sending you marketing and promotional e-mails, responding to your questions or other requests;

 

4. OPTING-OUT OF CERTAIN USES OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND OTHER INFORMATION.
Marketing and Promotional Communications. At times, you may be presented with the option of whether to receive or automatically entered to receive, certain marketing and promotional communications from us and others that we think will be of interest to you. Recipients of such communications can unsubscribe by either following the specific instructions included in such communications or you may “opt-out” of receiving marketing and promotional e-mails from us at any time by sending us an email to contact@gematry.com. Please note that “opt-out” and “unsubscribe” requests may not take effect immediately and may take a reasonable amount of time to receive, process and apply, during which time your Information shall remain subject to the prior privacy settings. Additionally, you should be aware that any information provided to third parties prior to your election to opt-out or unsubscribe cannot be retrieved or rescinded by us unless required by applicable law, and you cannot retroactively opt-out or unsubscribe with respect to such third parties. Also, please note that in order to keep you informed about the operation of our Site and related services, we may always send you emails and announcements that are needed for the proper functioning and administration of that Site.

 

5. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND OTHER INFORMATION.
A. General Disclosure. We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties, however, we may share your information under certain circumstances as further described in this Privacy Policy, including, without limitation, with Government Authorities at any level upon their legitimate, documented request, business affiliates, and affiliated companies for marketing and/or administrative purposes.

B. Service Providers. We also have the right to disclose your Personal Information and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering and maintaining the Site. We will refer to these third parties as “Third-Party Service Providers”. We use Third-Party Service Providers to efficiently provide the full range of content, activities, services, features and functions we bring you and we disclose your Information to Third-Party Service Providers for the purpose of providing services to us and our affiliates. These Third-Party Service Providers may temporarily store certain information on their servers, but they may only use your Personal Information to provide gematry.com with a specific service and not for any other purpose.

A. The Site may add at any time certain features and functionality that provide you with the ability to set certain privacy, permission and User Account options on the Site that, among other things, limit the provision of certain information to us, such as location data, and/or limit our ability to take certain actions that may disclose your Information (e.g., posting status messages, notes, photos, videos etc. to Third Party Platforms on your behalf). These privacy, permission and User Account options may be controlled by changing your User Account or Site settings, whether by (x) responding to request alerts or notifications that may be presented to you on your Device prior to or following the collection of the relevant information, (2) navigating to the settings, account or privacy section (as the case may be) of your Device, the applicable Third Party Platform and/or the applicable Service and limiting certain Service functionality (e.g., location services, etc.) and/or (3) using other available methods of controlling your options and settings.
B. By accessing, interacting with, launching, downloading or otherwise using the Site and providing and/or making available your contact information with us, (a) you expressly choose to receive certain communications from us and certain third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, and (b) you expressly agree to the privacy practices described herein. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, gematry.com will get your permission before we use the Personal Information you provide to us in a way that is inconsistent with the purpose for which it was submitted or share your Personal Information with third parties that are not affiliated with gematry.com. If you ask gematry.com to stop using your Personal Information, we will honor that request while retaining a record of any Personal Information as necessary to comply with applicable international laws. You always have the right to access and correct the Personal Information you have provided and generally, you may review, update or delete certain Information collected by the Site at any time by accessing your User Account as described herein.

 

7. DATA COLLECTION FROM CHILDREN.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental notice and consent.

 

8. SECURITY.

While no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure from intrusion, we maintain commercially reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your Personal Information. However, regardless of our efforts and the Device you use to access the Site, it is possible that third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications over an unsecured transmission.

 

9. INTEGRATION OF THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND SERVICES.

The Site may be linked to, rely on and/or be integrated with websites, applications, interfaces, services and/or platforms operated by other companies, including Third Party Services and Third Party Platforms. The Site may also feature advertisements from other third parties. Gematry.com is not responsible for the privacy practices of such websites, applications, interfaces, services and platforms operated by third parties that are linked to, rely on and/or integrated with the Site or for the privacy practices of third party advertising companies. Once you leave this Site via such a link, access a third-party application, interface, service, or platform, including Third Party Platforms and Third Party Services, or click on or navigate to an advertisement, you should check the applicable privacy policy of such third party to determine, among other things, how they will handle any personally identifiable or other information that they may collect from you.

 

10. PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES.

From time to time we may modify this Privacy Policy to reflect industry initiatives, third party requirements or changes in the law, our Information collection and use practices, the features and functionality of the Site, or technology, and such modifications shall be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after we post a revised Privacy Policy signifies your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. It is therefore important that you review this Privacy Policy regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes. 12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes to our personal data practices. The revised Privacy Policy will be posted on this website with the date of the last modification. We will treat your personal data in accordance with the privacy policy in place at the time of collection of such information, or as you otherwise indicate your preferences.
